Make no mistake; our Swift Garden Rooms are permanent structures that you will feel completely at home in. Whichever tailor made model you choose to go for, we guarantee you the same high quality build every time. Each Swift Garden Room comes with a 10 year structural warranty that gives you peace of mind. This covers the basic structure of the building: foundations, floor structure, walls and roof.

All the other elements of your Swift Garden Room are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. We source and use the best quality products and many of these carry their own accreditation and/or warranty.

For example, our British manufacturers, SIP Building Systems, who supply our building panels, have earned approval from the BBA. This is a highly demanding, technical approval, certification process that demands the highest standards of manufacture.

Deposit Indemnity & Insurance Backed Guarantee

As a Swift Garden Rooms customer, it’s always assuring to know that when you part with your money, even at deposit stage, your payment is secure should anything go wrong.

At no extra charge to you, your warranty is insurance backed by The Consumer Protection Association who also provides cover for the deposit you pay when placing your order with Swift Garden Rooms.  In these uncertain economic times of turbulent change, we want all our clients to have the highest level of protection to cover as many eventualities as possible.
