We arrange for a FREE, no obligation site survey to be carried out at a mutually convenient time.  This is to assess the lay of the land and discuss your needs. This is by no means a hard sell!  This is not our style and we believe that our Swift Garden Rooms sell themselves.  If it’s not for you then we prefer to walk away – high customer satisfaction and meeting your needs is more important to us than making a sale.  We are in this for the long term so building good relationships is genuinely paramount for us.

Your FREE Site Survey covers all aspects of the project including, access to your garden, the suitability of the proposed location, installation of a power supply, and all other technicalities. Within 24 hours (or next working day), you will then be sent a full fixed-price quotation as well as a copy of your Site Survey Report. If for any reason this is not possible, we will explain why and give you an approximate time-scale.

Our buildings are delivered in kit form to minimise disruption to you and keep build times to the minimum. Reasonable access is required, though we try to work around all obstacles. It may even be possible to bring everything through a terraced house for example.

Please mention below anything that you feel may restrict access to the address by the delivery lorry and then carrying the materials to the final site of the Garden Room.
