SWIFT GARDEN ROOMS: BOTHY
The Swift Garden Room Bothy is a perfect combination of traditional character and modern building techniques. Stone cladding and reconstituted tiled roof make this solid building look like it has been built for centuries. Under the skin is a high performance, rapidly constructed SIPS panel structure bringing contemporary standards of insulation and comfort. High internal ceilings can be emphasised with roof lights and the internal configuration is flexible and can be bespoke to your needs. Perfect for rural areas and there is the bonus that the exterior can be finished in whatever material suits the local environment.
Specific features of the Bothy range include:
- A choice of exterior finishes e.g. stone / brick / slate / render ..........
- UPVC window frames in choice of appearances. UPVC front door (Hardwood available)
- Roof window-lights and full height internal ceiling
- Full custom design service available to create your personal choice of layout/specification
Our bothy prices start at £23,250 including VAT for a building measuring 3m x 2m (external). Your bothy is tailored made to your own individual requirements and our quoted price to you reflects your personal choice of size and specification.
